Buckeye Bears is the name of our preschool gymnastics program.
Buckeye Stars is the name of the school-age gymnastics program.

Make-up Classes, and
What to Wear
Girls should wear a leotard.
(We have many leotards for sale at the gym in kids sizes down to leotards for the preschoolers)
They can also wear shorts if they want to and socks or footies (white cotton please).
No jewelry and no gum.
Hair pulled back.
Boys should wear shorts and a t-shirt.
No buckles or zippers on the shorts please. No gum. They can also wear socks if they want to.
Cheerleaders.
Most cheerleaders wear t-shirt, shorts and their cheer/tennis shoes. Leotard and shorts are fine too.

Weather Related or Emergency Closing
We always close when Delaware County goes to a level 3 snow emergency. Sometimes we close when terrible weather is expected. If you question whether or not we will be open please call the gym (614) 895-1611 Westerville; 614-793-1936 Powell. We will send an email to effected students once a decision to close has been made. This information will also be posted on our facebook page.Please note that our decision to close or not to close does not have anything to do with any school system’s decision.
**Make up classes will be available for classes cancelled due to holiday closings or due to weather.
Buckeye Gymnastics Unlimited Make-up Policy
The tuition that you pay covers your child’s spot in your child’s class. As a courtesy, Buckeye Gymnastics offers unlimited make-ups as long as the make-up does not disrupt the quality of class for other students. If we cannot schedule your make-up within a class that has an opening we will arrange for your child to attend Open Gym free of charge on Friday night.
You must register in advance and the make-up must be scheduled within the current session. Failure to cancel a scheduled make-up 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the make-up. Sign up as early as possible as space is limited.
