It is not easy t get a job teaching or coaching at Buckeye Gymnastics. For this reason we are always hiring talented, child-centered teachers to help us train our students.

Prospective teachers must have experience either as a gymnast or a cheerleader or experience as a teacher or coach. Everyone must pass a national background check and have solid references. All prospective teachers must be thoroughly trained by teaching side-by-side with an expert teacher at Buckeye until they are ready to become the lead teacher with their own classes. All of our teachers and coaches must be Safety Certified and First Aid Certified. Finally, we expect all of or professional teachers and coaches to attend clinics and other training opportunities in order to continually improve their knowledge and expertise.
