Gymnastics training lays a solid foundation for future participation in all sports.

Gymnastics develops speed, strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and courage. We teach thousands of students every year at Buckeye Gymnastics. The vast majority of those students do not become gymnasts. They play soccer, baseball, and football. They run track and become cheerleaders. They dance, they skate, they ride horses, and they skateboard.

Gymnastics training provides a foundation that allows our students to achieve more no matter what they decide to do.

Some also become gymnasts. And Buckeye provides the very best competition opportunities for gymnasts in Ohio. We travel the world with our USA Gymnastics teams. Buckeye gymnasts have represented the USA in competitions in the former USSR, England, Czech Republic, Germany, Scotland, South Africa, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, Bermuda, Switzerland, and we have competed in 42 of the fifty stats. Thirty-seven Buckeye gymnasts have earned full athletic scholarships to attend college. Buckeye Gymnastics has won more Ohio State Team Championships than any other gym in Ohio. And Buckeye has sent gymnasts to compete at the National Championships at class I, Level 10, and/or Elite for 24 years in a row! The girl’s competition team is offered in Westerville.

But we also offer opportunities.

Our Scarlet and Gray Teams offer non-select competition at levels 2-5 and prep-optional at both locations. There are no tryouts and the gymnasts register for 8 weeks at a time. They can elect to compete in the competitions and in the events they choose. These are low cost and high achievement opportunities that we provide in Central Ohio.

Buckeye Cheer Elite (BCE) offers high quality cheerleading for all ages and abilities in competitions in Central Ohio and across the country. Our BCE teams have won numerous National Championships in a variety of competitive arena. BCE is offered in a separate cheer gym in Powell.

The Buckeye Flyers Trampoline and Tumbling Team also train in our Powell gym. Trampoline is an Olympic sport with competition offered in Ohio, the Midwest, and across the USA. Competition is offered on trampoline, power tumbling, and double mini-tamp. The Flyers have won many state, regional, and national titles over the past three seasons.
