REGISTRATION FORM
Payment Information
Payment Specifics
Full payment is required for registration. In the event that we cannot place you in a class of your choice your money will be refunded 100%.
We accept all forms of payment at the counter. We accept credit cards by fax, mail, or over the phone. We accept checks by mail as well. In fact, we love registration
and payment sent by mail or by fax as we can process these registrations in off-peek hours which allows us to provide better customer service when you need help at the counter.
Annual Family Administrative Fee: $45.00
This is a flat $45.00 fee which is due upon initial registration and on your anniversary date. The fee helps cover the administrative costs incurred in running the programs we
offer. In addition, the fee also entitles all family members to Previous Student Status if their registration status is current.
20% Family Discount
At Buckeye Gymnastics only the most expensive tuition is charged to a family at full price. All lesser tuitions from your immediate family are discounted 20%.
100% Money Back
At Buckeye Gymnastics we are proud of the programs that we offer and we are
proud to back that up with a 100% money back guarantee. If within the first two weeks
of any term you are unhappy about any class we will withdraw your child from the class and cheerfully refund 100% of your tuition and registration fee if you are new
to our program. If your family is not new to our program, we will extend a credit for 100% of the unused portion of your tuition toward another class or to a future class.
You must notify us in writing within the first two weeks of the term.
Snow, Weather and Emergency Closing policy
If there is anything going on that would cause you to question whether we are open or not, call the gym for a
live or recoreded message. NOTE: we do not base our decisions on what local school systems might do.
Student Status
Current Students (To stay in your current class)
You must pay tuition in order to register for class. As long as you register for class by the Priority Due Date (PDD), you are guaranteed a place in your current class. We do not assume
that you will want to register for the same class again. Should you want to change class day, time or level simply register by the PDD in order to gain priority over new students who
are registering.
We send home registration information three weeks before the beginning of each new term. Students have two full weeks to register for class and pay tuition before the PDD. We are aware
that firm deadlines seem harsh, but the alternative is worse... overbooked classes.
Previous Students
Previous Students are those who have paid the Annual Registration Fee within the past 12 months. Previous students are given priority over New Students if the registration is received
by the PDD. Previous Student status is available for any member of a family who has paid the Annual Registration Fee within the past 12 months.
New Students
Full payment is requried for registration. Your payment is 100% refundable if we cannot place you in a class of your choice.
Register as soon as possible. Upon receipt your registration will be dated and placed in the holding file. After the PDD the holding file is opened and students are placed
in open positions in class based on the order in which we receive the registrations.
Absences and Make-ups
Buckeye Gymnastics Make-up Policy
The tuition that you pay covers your child's spot in your child's class. As a courtesy, Buckeye Gymnastics offers one make-up class per session as long as the make-up does not
disrupt the quality of class for other students.
You must register in advance and the make-up must be scheduled withing the current session. Failure to cancel a scheduled make-up 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the
make-up. The make-up schedule becomes available the fifth week of the session. Sign up as early as possible as space is limited.

Overview and Calendar 2007-2008
Priority Due Date (PDD)
The Priority Due Date (PDD) is the date by which current students must register in order to maintain priority
and guarantee their place in class. The PDD occurs one week before the start of a
new term. The entire point of the PDD is to insure that those taking class can stay in that class when a new
session begins. Once a student has enrolled in a class they can stay in that class on the same day and at the
same time as long as they are registered by the PDD. Registration for class requires payment of tuition.

Summer Flex-Schedule
The summer Flex-Schedule is offered to accommodate family vacations. Students register and pay for only those weeks during which they will be able to attend class.
It is not necessary to attend consecutive weeks to take advantage of the Flex-Schedule.
Joining, Dropping or Changing Classes Mid-Term
Joining a class after the session has commenced
We accept registrations through the end of the 2nd week of a Session based on space available in the class.
Dropping a class / Missed classes
There are no prorated refunds or credits for missed classes or for dropped classes. Once the term begins you are in class for the entire term. This is true regardless of your attendance. There is a medical
exception (see below).
Medical reasons for dropping a class
Medical situations supported by a written and signed acknowledgement from a licensed medical practitioner will allow us to extend a credit on your account, prorated from the date we receive the medical acknowledgement.
Changing classes mid-term
No problem as long as there is room in the class.
Special Programs
Summer Day Camp
Our day camps are one of our most popular programs. We offer these day camps during the summer for girls, boys and preschool students. The schedule for day camp will be published in the spring of 2008.
Birthday Parties
Birthday parties are offered at both the Powell and Westerville gyms. These parties are special fun and high-energy. We offer large inflateables, trampolines and gym-games followed by traditional
cake and presents. Please call the Powell Gym (614-793-1936) or Westerville Gym (614-895-1611) for additional information and scheduling.
Competitive Team Program
Buckeye Gymnastics offers competitive opportunities for girls. While fewer than 10% of our students participate on team, it remains an important part of our program because it keeps our entire
staff up to date on all the latest rules and techniques in the sport and it forces us to support the team with the very latest in equipment and training devices. All of our students benefit from this
knowledge and equipment. We conduct auditions for placement on team in the spring. For those students interested in competition without the time and expense required of our regular team,
Shining Stars is available to all studentes at the Future Star level and above without audition.
Competitive Cheer Program
Buckeye has long helped local cheerleaders make their middle and high school squads through cheer and tumbling instructions. We take this expertise to a new level through the addition of all-star
cheerleading to our programs. Taught by former college and All-Star champions this program offers the very best in cheer instruction. We also make our gyms available for middle and high school squads
for training and camp preparation. Look for exciting summer camps and clinics as well.
Competitive Tumbling & Trampoline Program
Buckeye Gymnastics offers competitive Trampoline & Tumbling program at our Powell gym.
