The Buckeye Level 8s absolutely rocked this past weekend in Chicago at the Regional Championships. Here are the highlights:
Abby Beaver – 1st Vault, 1st Beam
Emily Eddy – 1st Bars
Shania Adams – 3rd AA
Lauren Beckwith – 2nd Beam
Raina Malas – 2nd Vault
Other girls placed and did great as well.
Shania and Emily made the Regional Team that will represent Region 5 (Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky) at the USA Open CHampionships coming up in Orlando. The top 8 from the Championships- no age groups, just the best- made the team.
