GENERAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Welcome to Buckeye Gymnastics! We are so excited to have you in our program.
We hope the following information will help you understand our registration procedures and policies. Buckeye Gymnastics offers continuous, ongoing, real time enrollment (if you register on Monday for a Tuesday class, your class would begin the next day). You may register online, via phone or feel free to stop in and register in person at the front desk. Buckeye Gymnastics reserves the right to cancel classes if minimum student enrollment is not met.

Tuition & Enrollment Information
Tuition is due the 5th of each month to maintain your child’s enrollment. Our standard tuition rates cover 4 consecutive classes. We are able to pro-rate classes for those that join or drop at any time during the tuition cycle.
Buckeye Gymnastics offers two types of tuition payment plans:
- You may provide a credit or debit card authorization to be billed automatically the 5th of each month or
- You may pay in person or by phone by the 5th of each month
If your payment is not received in a timely manner, your child will not remain enrolled for the corresponding tuition cycle.
We can not guarantee re-enrollment.
All returned payments will incur a $25.00 fee.
You may enroll, change day, time or class, at any time. If you would like to cancel your class enrollment, please notify Buckeye Gymnastics in writing by the 1st of the month to avoid being billed on the 5th. If you need to cancel during a tuition cycle, please provide a written notice to cancel two weeks prior to your anticipated cancellation date. Any cancellation without a two week written notice will be issued an in house credit.
A $50 family membership fee is due from all families that participate at Buckeye Gymnastics. The membership fees allows for discounts on camps, special events, and participation in Open Gym. You will have your own anniversary date and the fee is valid for one year from the date of registration. This fee is due upon your initial registration and due each year thereafter.
Family & Class Discounts
Buckeye Gymnastics offers the following class discounts:
20% sibling discount on the lowest tuition and is available for all additional family members.
33% discount on second & third class for the same student.
Only one discount applies per class.
Active Military Discount: Please present your military ID at the front desk and receive 20% off of all class tuition
Money Back Guarantee
Buckeye Gymnastics strives to offer the best gymnastics programs in central Ohio If for any reason you are unhappy with your class, within the first two weeks, please notify us in writing and we will issue a full refund.
Make Up Policy
We offer make-up classes to currently enrolled students. We do not offer make-up classes to students who are not currently enrolled. We will make every effort to provide a class at your level. In the event that we are not able to do so you are eligible to participate in Friday Night Flips free of charge. There are some classes that are so advanced or specialized that we only offer one class a week. In order to make up a missed class you will need to take the class in a closely related class or schedule the make up at the other gym or make use of a Free Friday Flip. We are unable to issue any credits on account for missed classes. Absences are eligible for a make-up class for 6 months from the date of the absence provided you are currently enrolled in class. Please call the front desk to schedule your make up class. If you are unable to attend your scheduled make up class, your absence will be forfeited if a cancellation is not received 24 hours prior to your scheduled make up class.

Special Event Refund Policy
Buckeye Gymnastics works hard to ensure that all of our Special Events are exciting and fun. Due to the nature of Special Event staffing and planning, Buckeye Gymnastics has adopted the following refund policy.
Special Event tuition will be refunded if cancellation is received 48 hours prior to the event. Thank you for your understanding.
